Due to the reconstruction of the railway line, Patras is temporarily connected by a bus line of OSE up to Kiato and from there to the Athens Suburban Railway to Athens.With the completion of the station in Aigio, routes have been added that connect Aigio with Kiato.
The routes start and end at the station in Patras, Agios Nikolaos and Othonos Amalias.
From Athens, Piraeus and Larissa Station or from the Suburban bus stops in the direction of Kiato, transfer to the Kiato-Patra connection with Hellenic Train Buses.
Depending on the progress of the railway line upgrading projects, there is a route connecting Kiato with Aegio and then with a bus line to Patras.
Athens – Patras Train

El. Venizelos Airport – Patra
To choose the route to or from the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, transfer at the Kato Acharnes station on the Piraeus – Airport route. Specifically, from the airport you will take the train towards Piraeus and at Kato Acharnes station you will transfer to the trains of the Piraeus – Kiato line. The Kiato-Patra area is covered by Hellenic Trains buses.
